Flights Plus Hotel Policy

The individual components i.e. either the flight or the hotel stay cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of both the components (flight and hotel stay), cancellation policy of individual components (given below) will be applicable. Flight plus hotel bookings are non-amendable.

Flight Policies

All purchases are subject to cancellation and date change fees. Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. Read the overview of all the Rules & Restrictions applicable to the fare.

Hotel Policies

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in and generally the primary guest must be at least 18 years. Accommodation price shown do not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged direct to your account upon check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Check-in time is generally between 12 noon-2pm. Check-out time is generally 10am-12 noon. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation including the hotel address and phone number. You may contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out. If you’re booking includes an extra bed, kindly note that most hotels provide a rollaway as an extra bed. Any special request will be passed on to the hotel but please note these requests, such as Adjoining Room, Low Floor etc., cannot be guaranteed.


General Conditions

Insurance recommends that you purchase travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel insurance that covers your needs. Please ask your consultant for full details of our insurance with Cover more.

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements, are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Please allow adequate time to obtain any such advice or documents. Each client, including children, must possess an individual passport with at least 6 months validity at the date of return. For travel to/via the USA, a machine readable passport is required.

Health Requirements 

It is your responsibility to ensure you have complied with all the health and vaccination requirements for the countries you are visiting. Advice can be obtained from your GP or travel clinic.

All major Debit and Credit Cards are accepted except America Express and Charge cards.
